In order to secure your spot in a group class or a private lesson, we ask that you submit a non-refundable $50.00 deposit. Due to high demand, we ask that it is received within 24 hours of scheduling.
Cancelling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in loss of your deposit, and or require prepayment for subsequent appointments.
We understand that there are situations that may affect your ability to attend. Providing us with information as soon as possible will assist us in filling your spot and avoiding fees.
***Group classes: We cannot guarantee availability for make-up classes.
Best Friends Dog Training does not offer monetary refunds to the owner of a dog who has been dismissed from group class for behavioral issues.
